Built to expand what mental healthcare can reach.

Aria is the practice automation platform for mental health group practices.

The Aria team

Why we built this

Mental health professionals are essential to a better world. The shortage of accessible care isn’t a funding problem or an awareness problem. It’s a capacity problem. And the group practice owners who are trying to do something about it are being slowed down by administrative overhead that shouldn’t exist at this scale.

Clinicians didn’t go to school to become billing experts. And yet the practices that want to grow, to add clinicians, expand payer networks, and serve more clients, spend an enormous amount of time and money managing a billing workflow that was designed for a different era.

We built Aria because we believe automation can change that equation, not by replacing the people doing the work, but by making it possible for a practice to grow without growing its administrative overhead in lockstep.

Our goal is simple: give group practice owners the infrastructure to build something that outlasts their own caseload.

Aria is a practice automation platform.

The operational layer that runs eligibility, claim scrubbing, credentialing, and reporting in the background. So a practice can grow without growing its administrative overhead in lockstep.

The principles we build on

Clinical work is sacred

The relationship between a clinician and their client runs on trust and presence. Aria works on the paperwork in the background, so the clinician can be fully present in the room.

Automation where manual processes break down

We automate where human teams reliably fall behind at scale: eligibility, claim scrubbing, credentialing. The things a hospital does before every procedure, but a practice can't staff for.

Transparency, not a black box

You shouldn't have to ask your biller what's happening. Aria gives you a clear view of collection rate, denial trends, and credentialing status. And we're open about what's live today and what's still coming, so you're never guessing, about your numbers or about us.

Built by people who know this problem from the inside.

Aria is built by a team with deep roots in healthcare revenue cycle management and applied machine learning. We’ve spent years working inside the systems that group practices depend on.

We’re not approaching payer work as a software problem. We’re approaching it as an operational problem that software can finally solve. We operate as a distributed team across the U.S., working closely with the practices we serve.

Our commitment to responsible automation.

Three commitments about what Aria’s automation does, and what it will never touch.

We will never build AI that interferes with clinical judgment

Our tools operate entirely in the administrative layer: eligibility, claim scrubbing, credentialing, reporting. Nothing we build touches clinical decision-making.

Automation supports people, it doesn't replace them

Aria gives billers better tools to handle a larger caseload. It gives practice owners visibility they didn’t have before. When a denial needs an appeal, a person handles it.

We don't call everything AI

We don’t call everything “AI” because it tests better in a headline. We describe what Aria actually does, in plain terms, and let the results speak for themselves.
